We all know money doesn’t grow on trees… But that doesn’t mean you can’t afford to go to college.
The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (https://uheaa.org) is visiting high schools all around Utah to provide you with all the information you need to know about:
- Saving for college
- Searching and applying for scholarships
- The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA – fafsa.gov)
- Paying for College: Grants, Work-Study and Student Loans
We are also awarding $1,000 in scholarships tp Utah high school students for this year’s Financial Aid Nights (four $250 scholarships). Submit a super short 500 word essay to us on our Facebook Fan Page and attend the Fall Financial Aid Night event happening closest to you to enter. That’s fifty cents of scholarship money per word! Super short and super easy.
Apply for the scholarship and submit your essay on our Facebook Fan Page in the “Scholarship Essay” tab: http://facebook.com/uheaa
